1. Definitions
- Service: the OMNI IPTV service, consisting of access to live channels, VOD, EPG and catch-up where available.
- Customer: the person who purchases a subscription.
- Subscription: the agreement for access to the service for a fixed term.
2. Ordering
You order via WhatsApp. We confirm your order and send you the available payment options.
3. Prices and payment
Prices on the website are in euros. You receive the available payment methods via WhatsApp when completing your order. After your order and payment you receive your activation details and setup instructions.
4. Term
You choose a term of 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months.
5. Use of the service
- You are responsible for a suitable internet connection and suitable equipment.
6. Availability and quality
Picture quality and availability also depend on factors beyond our control, such as your internet connection and your equipment. The channel and content line-up may change.
